PENDLA 

“Pendla” is a Swedish verb meaning “to commute” or “to pendulate/oscillate”.

The show comprises of an installation of office tables, screens, computers, custom made coffee cups and an ever-rotating office chair.
On the walls, floor, tables and custom made shelves are collages, videos, drawings and photographs piled on stacks of paper. All of them attempting a description of the pressures of daily life and the state of a modern mind.

The space becomes an amalgamation of unfinished thoughts, visualizing an inability to find focus and an attempt to navigate an everyday that is full of distractions, and where neither mind nor body are still.
